A Casino Night with Lake Oconee Area Builders Association

There’s something special about driving out to Greensboro, Georgia, for this event. Every year, the Lake Oconee Area Builders Association throws a casino night at The Rock House at Reynolds Lake Oconee, and every year, it becomes one of our team’s favorite nights on the calendar. Even though it’s a bit outside our usual Alabama and Florida territory, we make the trip without hesitation, because this party never disappoints.

This year’s event was another knockout. We rolled in with a full casino setup: blackjack, roulette, craps, Texas Hold’em, and three-card poker—every table was packed all night. Our tuxedo-style photo booth from Cool Shots Photo Booth was a hit (as always), and the dance floor stayed busy thanks to the killer soundtrack from Feel the Beat Entertainment. We brought our best dealers, and they had just as much fun as the guests. The energy was off the charts.

The Lake Oconee Area Builders Association, also known as LOABA, represents home builders and industry professionals across the Lake Oconee region. Their annual events bring together local leaders, contractors, and business owners in a way that’s more than just networking—it’s celebration, connection, and community. This casino party is proof that builders know how to party with style.


We also have to say—the client is a gem. They have been an absolute joy to work with year after year, and their kind, gracious energy sets the tone for the entire night. That positivity shows up in the feedback we get from guests: rave reviews, lots of laughs, and dozens of people walking out the door saying, “I can’t wait for next year.”
