The Pearl Hotel in Sunnyside, Florida, knows how to throw a party and their annual Havana Night celebration proved it once again. The rooftop was set for a Cuban-inspired evening of dancing, food, and games, but when Florida weather threw in a bit of drama with rain and lightning, the energy didn’t miss a beat. Everything moved downstairs, and the party kept rolling like nothing happened. Honestly? It might’ve made it even more fun.


This is the second year we’ve been part of this incredible event, and we were thrilled to be invited back by the amazing team at The Pearl Hotel. Nestled right in Rosemary Beach, The Pearl is one of the most iconic boutique hotels along 30A—and when they say “Havana Night,” they mean it.


Our team from BAMA Casino Company set up a mix of blackjack, craps, and roulette—and this year’s party included some special additions like the cigar roller, which kept the crowd engaged. Feel the Beat Entertainment brought the beats, keeping the Cuban-inspired energy high with music that made everyone want to dance (and they did!).

The rooftop plan was beautiful, but once the rain started, our setup team pivoted like pros and created a new atmosphere downstairs without missing a cue. Guests didn’t just play games, they danced, mingled, and enjoyed every corner of the event.


One of the biggest highlights? The mobile custom fedora bar where guests had their own stylish hats made on the spot. These hat bars are popping up at high-end parties across the country, and they were the perfect match for a Havana-inspired night. Add in a stylish photo booth experience from Cool Shots Photo Booth, gorgeous food stations, and portable bars, and this wasn’t just an event—it was an experience.
